This is the fourth project by the Meadowlark team. They partnered with Elettra Deganello and tossed her the idea for a pharmacy Almanac deck of cards with different advertisements and she instantly loved it. This set includes the two main decks from the campaign: Volume I and Volume II.
Both tuck boxes have been printed in Italy by the specialists at Boschiero and Netwon. The Volume I deck is crafted from high quality red core paper colored with black ink, copper hot foil, white hot foil, and embossing. Volume II is made from high quality white paper with black ink and letter pressing; it is meant to resemble the title page of the Almanac. Volume II comes within a luxury book box featuring teal ink, gold hot foil, silver hot foil, and a magnetic closure.
Printed by Legends Playing Cards, the cards for Volume I have copper metallic ink on the back design and throughout the custom pip and court cards, as well as diptych jokers. Volume II comes with teal and gold metallic ink on sides of the cards, elegantly highlighting Elettra's phenomenal designs.
All of these decks were produced in limited quantities, with only 1,000 Volume I and Volume II decks being printed.
