Tales is a series of playing cards designed by Giovanni Meroni, inspired by fairy tales, fables, and fantasy books. The main purpose of these decks is to offer a vast array of characters with which to tell and create fairy tales, both for kids and adults.
This complete set includes all five deck in the series: Heroic, Arcane, Wicked, Charming, and Legendary. Some decks (Heroic, Arcane, and Wicked) feature standard two-way courts with famous characters, while others (Charming and Legendary) have asymmetric one-way courts with different stories told on each half of the cards.
While these are all nice decks, the Legendary is the star of the show. Featuring a tuck printed on premium matte stock with hot stamped foil and embossing, it also comes with a custom numbered seal, and top quality metallic inks on the cards.
