REFUNDS
Although we do our best to describe and showcase everything we sell completely and accurately, we understand that you may still be unsatisfied. For this reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. In order for us to process your refund, you must contact us to arrange for the item(s) to be returned. Said item(s) must be unused/unopened and in the same condition as received. See "RETURN SHIPPING" below.
Once the item(s) have been returned to us, we will notify you once your refund has been approved. Your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that costs of shipping and related ancillary costs, if any, are not eligible for refund, only the cost of the item(s) purchased. Furthermore, we do not offer refunds for shipping or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay any custom fees that your government may charge on entry to your country. Lastly, refunds are not offered on items sold at discounted/sale prices.

RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of shipping returned items is yours to bear, and will not be included your refund. Returned items are your responsibility until they are safely back in our hands; thus, we encourage the use of a trackable shipping service and insurance for high value items. Refunds will not be approved for items not received or damaged in return transit.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We package and ship all orders with care to avoid damage in transit; particularly because many of our items are limited editions. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged items, we will offer a refund or an exchange if the damage is reported to us within 5 days of receipt. We may request pictures of the damage before issuing a refund or exchange.
